Office hours and appointments
Arrange in-person visits by telephone in advance. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9 am–noon; Thursday, 9 am–noon and 1–3 pm.
The office entrance has four steps. If you need step-free assistance, telephone before travelling to discuss an alternative way to handle your enquiry.
Preparing an enquiry
For an existing grave, have the name, section and grave number ready where possible. For a new burial, discuss the preferred grave type and whether care will be individual or communal. The central administration’s postal address is Postfach 910 240, 12414 Berlin; this is not the cemetery’s visitor address.
